Ordering & Delivery
All microgreens are grown fresh to order. If you are purchasing weekly or every other week your microgreens will be delivered on schedule once you have past the first 2 weeks. Your delivery date is calculated by your orders longest lead-time. Let's say you ordered broccoli which takes 7 days until harvest and radish which takes 10 days. Then the delivery date would be in 10 days rounded up to the nearest delivery date (Thursday or Sunday). For more information see our delivery policy below. We will gladly grow any microgreen you do not see listed as long as we can source the seeds. Please email email@example.com your request and we can give you an estimated timeline and expectations.
To cancel an order, please send us an email within 24 Hours of placing the order. After 25 hours, no cancellation requests will be entertained. However, we understand that when customers fall in some unexpected and unexplained situations, we may arrange to supply the product at a different date suitable or approve the order cancellation. We reserve the right to decline or accept the order cancellation request.

Please note that subscription plans are a minimum of 1 month commitments. For example, if subscribed to the weekly delivery you will be charged every week with a minimum of 4 payments. If subscribed to a bi-monthly delivery you will be charged every 2 weeks with a minimum of 2 payments.
If you've subscribed to one of our delivery plans you will be sent a customer portal link after your purchase where you can manage your subscription. Here you will be able to add one time purchases to your regular subscription or subscribe to other products. You will also be able to remove any subscriptions. With subscription based cancellations please let us know 2 weeks prior to avoid being charged for your products. The modifications are all subject to the same ordering and cancellation policies above.
All bulk orders will be grown fresh to order. Contact us for delivery options. Please allow 2 weeks for your microgreens to be ready. Bulk orders are available in a 10" by 20" trays which are reusable.
Our standard delivery days are Thursday and Sunday. All our orders are hand delivered directly to your door. Please provide a full street address, buzz code (if applicable) and/or alternate entrance, and contact details. Kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when delivery is attempted. There will be no reshipment of the same order in the event there is no one to accept the order. Your order will then be automatically held for pickup at our facility or sent out during the next delivery date upon your request for an additional delivery fee.
We charge a shipping fee which may change from time to time based on various factors. This fee is displayed during the time of placing the order. We also offer DISCOUNTED LOCAL DELIVERY to our customers based on ticket size of the bill and/or proximity to our location. At certain times we may offer FREE SHIPPING as a general promotion. This may change from time to time.
We will send you a communication email regarding the shipment of your order, to confirm the date. You will receive another email and/or text message on your delivery day and as soon as the items are out of our facility. The shipping charge is provided on the checkout page prior to you submitting payment. You’ll have a chance to not place your order if you decide the cost is too much. No modifications to the cost are guaranteed once you’ve submitted payment.
