Refund policy

We do not accept returns for our plant/food products, although there are certain situations where full or partial refunds are granted. All refund requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If you are not completely satisfied with your product please contact us at info@parvisplantis.ca and we’ll work with you to see what went wrong.


Refunds for Orders Outside Delivery Zone


Please note that our delivery area is limited locally and we’ve included a postal code checker on our product page. The checker is located beside the “Add to Cart” button and we ask that you verify your postal code before making a purchase. A refund will be issued to any order that falls outside our postal code delivery zone minus any processing fees charged by our payment providers.


If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@parvisplantis.ca
